Where and How:

• Coaching and training can take place in Zurich and Kreuzlingen, at your workplace or an off-site venue
• by telephone, e-mail, video or any combination of these methods.
• single sessions: 90 min., children 60 min.
  
• short-term coaching: a successful coaching process involves about 3 to 5 sessions.
  Quick and sloppy is not my thing: in oder to get a real and lasting result, 3 sessions are needed. I believe in doing a proper job and want you to get the best so anything under 3 sessions would be on prior consultation.
  long-term support and consulations only: 60 min. are possible too.
  
• Hourly fee 150.- adults, 130.- students
  
• Trainings and corporate coachings can be defined according to issue.
• Languages: G, E, I, F
• working opportunities outside Switzerland are welcome
• Absolute confidentiality guaranteed.
  
• Cancellations please 24h in advance, later cancellations will have to be charged.
